The book isn't terrible, and does provide some solid techniques and information on brain based learning but my goodness is it hard to separate what's necessary and whats added waste.. there's simply too much 'nice-to-know' information that is just not necessary. This book could easily be reduced to 30% of its current word count. The author maybe very knowledgeable on the subject but less is more nowadays, and it just seemed that there was a weird cycle of, fluff fluff fluff great technique/information, fluff fluff fluff great technique/information...
